We are able to visit on the same day but we make every effort to communicate with the home health involved so that the patient can receive maximum coverage throughout the week. We are a traveling brick-and-mortal clinic so we do not bill the same as home health. Our billing and visits do not interfere with home health.

We currently cover 200+ mile radius outside of Tulsa, and even have a provider in Weatherford. If there is ever a question, please send us the clinicals and give us a call. We have taken care of patients outside of our coverage area many times before.

Yes we do. We have a flat rate for evaluation and incorporate distance traveled per the standard rate. All other procedures and advanced modalities are discussed on a case-by-case basis, but are generally priced at the rate of the CMS’ physician-fee schedule.

Paradigm promotes patient autonomy. The patient has a right to see whichever provider they desire. I am willing to work with each person to form a patient-centered treatment plan for their wound. I want to know your goals, so that I can better assist you in achieving them.

Due to the large radius of coverage within and outside of Tulsa, we are unable to see patients on a daily routine. However, our providers and staff will work with your current insurance to help you obtain in-home healthcare. Sometimes this means getting home health involved, which is often a covered resource under many insurance plans. We can help navigate this for patients after an initial evaluation.

While Paradigm does not advertise as a company that serves as a primary care provider, our providers and staff will assist patients with any condition or comorbidity that may affect your wound. We can also help each patient to establish or find a PCP whether you are looking for a traditional PCP in-clinic, or wanting in-home or telemedicine PCP services. We collaborate with many different primary care clinics and companies to better serve our patients. We also collaborate with many local specialists such as: infectious disease, podiatry, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, and more!
